Pros
The firm has awesome clients, many are very well known brands or people. Projects are very challenging but rewarding. The staff, from junior to senior, is involved in most projects.
I had the chance to join meetings with very prominent people and advise amazing brands. This isn't something you get to do in many other firms.
The culture is fun, but you need to love a place where people work hard, hang out, and do activities together. Not for everyone.
Cons
You receive little to no training. By the time I left, they started to talk about training new staff but until then you would be hired and thrown on projects. This is good to an extent but on the other hand can be overwhelming.
