Very poor organisational culture and moral amongst staff in the region. I had an extremely difficult experience, including bullying and harassment by my manager, despite being a top performer and winning a global performance award in my first year with the company. The director in question who exhibited such poor behaviour was promoted to VP, so I don't see a great prospect for reform and improvement. Consistently awful ratings in employee and customer satisfaction surveys, however minimal evidence of either motivation or capability to address the issues. No pay raise in three years (not even CPI) and told that if I wanted a raise I'd have to leave the company. Poor network and IT support, disorganised and antiquated.
Gender bias is also quite evident in this company. If you're female, don't expect to be considered for promotion or treated equally to male colleagues. Very disappointing in the work environment of today.
