Pros

I've been with ChangeEngine for two years now, and I can confidently say that it is the best company I've ever worked for. What sets ChangeEngine apart from other companies is how they truly stick to their core values. The company culture is always a top priority and it shows from the leadership team to the newest employee. Everyone matters, everyone is heard, and everyone is essential to this team. I truly appreciate how ChangeEngine provides everyone with the opportunity to grow, learn, and innovate. It's refreshing to work for a company that values each employee's input and actively encourages them to contribute to the company's success.

Cons

From what I've seen while working at ChangeEngine, I haven't noticed any downsides yet. Even though we're a remote and global company, we always come together as a team to tackle any challenges that come our way. Despite our unique setup, we always find ways to work things out and deliver top-notch work to our clients and amazing experiences for us internally.

Pros

Culture of the Speed of Trust: the ability to grow, move, and learn quickly with like-minded, bright and multi-talented individuals who can wear many hats and make swift but thoughtful decisions. Feels like a level playing field and safe space where everyone can voice their ideas and opinions for the betterment of the team/future of the company/product regardless of the role. The trust also enables flexibility to balance work and life on our own terms. Nobody breathing down your neck and asking you to be in the office for an arbitrary 9-5 hours. Growth and learning: opportunities seem fair, accessible, and abundant. Put in the work and they’ll make sure to give credit where it’s due and take care of those who deserve it. Fun: no jerks at work. Everyone is respectful and knows how to also have fun. Despite having the team work remotely and spread across three countries, there’s still a sense of closeness and play created through thoughtful company events. Leadership: feels human and embodies leading with empathy first. Addresses things head on with transparency and compassion.

Cons

Not a con but a heads up: it’s fast-paced — typical of a start up. Lean and mean machine. If you’re not comfortable with learning and adapting quickly and being resourceful/scrappy, start ups may not be the right fit for you.
