Poor team management practices - E suite hires with no insight into skill sets needed for individual teams. Often hires new grads. Shaky financial strategy long-term - few clients with heavy financial reliance. Productivity expectations are high (more than 8 hours/day pure production of CDs for quality), consultants are rarely helpful.
