Pros
1) Laid back work environment. 2) Nice coworkers. 3) Happy hours and other company events. Stability is a good word to describe CF. Coming to work everyday is not something extremely exciting but it's not anything to dread either. It's allowed me to make money, work full-time and stay productive with my days without adding an overwhelming amount of stress.
Cons
Depending on the position some of the tasks can be quite boring. In addition, some positions don't offer skills with which you can expand your career. Technology is in dire need of updating. Some of the softwares are extremely outdated.
