Pros

Excellent benefits package. Everyone gets their own office. Free food and drinks. You can work from home when necessary.

Cons

All of the pros are just bonus perks and have nothing to do with your actual job. They make you think that they really care about their employees with all of the benefits, but when it comes time for you to actually want to progress in your job, you get shut down. I consistently improved and got excellent reviews, and I voiced my desire to move up into better positions, but all I got in return were measly "merit increases" and an empty promise that if I keep working really hard, I'll be promoted soon enough. CI is extremely disorganized and inconsistent. Every year I got moved around to a different position (not a better one, just different), basically doing the same job functions but with a fancy new title and a different objective. This happened because the CEO gets a new hair-brained scheme about once a year and keeps completely changing the direction of the company. This resulted in a lot of random layoffs and hirings. I saw some very talented, dependable, hardworking people who had devoted years to CI get laid off on a whim. There is no such thing as job security at CI. With their flagrant spending and unfocused objectives, I predict that the company is going to go bankrupt soon enough.

Some smart people. Awesome industry.

Childish management. Petty. Filled with arguments and toxicity in workplace. Ethics are questionable.
