Pros
I am an entrepreneur and this job is perfect for me because I have a lot of other gigs. The best part is that I can take more jobs when I have more time and can fit in other jobs in between other things I have going on. Reggie and his Assistant are both very nice and helpful. My first phone interview felt more like a training and was very informative. They are some of the nicest people that I've ever met. I once had an issue with a store manager being really rude to me and almost had me ready to quit and in tears. But Reggie was so supportive and helpful to me through that. He explained to me that the stores agreed to have us there, but that didn't mean that they were allowed to mistreat us. He handled it and from that moment I knew that I would have a boss who's top priorities were his employees. The pay is also great and very generous, most places barely want to pay you minimum wage!! You can do this job anywhere in the country where there is a need. Lastly, I just wanted to say that I was surprised reading the other comments, because I haven't experienced any of the "cons" that other people listed.
Cons
Sometimes I wish there was more work during the holidays, because it does slow down a bit at that time. But that has to do with the stores and not Channel Source.
