      Pros

      - It's like a choose your own adventure novel; you can take on lots of different projects - Many of the people are really good at heart as well as good at what they do - The product is a good one with a solid market

      Cons

      - Upper management is on a different planet; don't expect leadership or recognition of your efforts - Pay is poor and raises have been frozen since 2009 - Constant layoffs and restructuring - Many great ideas die on the vine due to lack of executive support, poor project management, or fear of change

      Benefits are fairly decent Still some employees in place who are knowledgeable and have the right idea about getting things done with no hidden agendas

      Cons

      Cuts run deep-lack of raises, layoffs and mandatory furloughs, shrinking benefits Employees are disgusted with the way they are treated and the lack of information given to them by management Culture is deteriorating and engagement levels are low
