Avoid the Revenue Team at all costs! - Anonymous employee Charles Russell Speechlys Employee Review

I worked in the revenue team and had a truly negative experience. The manager of this team is a bully and exhibits narcissistic behavior, creating a toxic and hostile work environment. Female staff, in particular, were treated with disrespect and often subjected to unfair criticism and unreasonable expectations. It was clear that there was no genuine support for the team, and any efforts to raise concerns were ignored or dismissed. This toxic culture not only impacted morale but also hurt the performance and cohesion of the entire department. It was demotivating to see how little accountability there was for the manager's actions, especially when the firm itself is aware of the situation but refuses to address it. Sadly, this situation reflects poorly on the company as a whole, as it undermines the values they claim to uphold and negatively affects the work environment across departments. I would strongly advise anyone considering a role in this team to think twice. Working here not only drags down your professional growth but also places you in a very unhealthy and unsupportive environment. I cannot recommend working in this team to anyone.
