Pros
Standard Club, managed by Charles Taylor, has a positive and supportive environment to work in. There's plenty to learn, and the means to do so are provided. Colleagues will become friends and you won't be short of short term development and growth
Cons
The management are too focused on the bottom line and consistently neglected the entry level hires. They have difficulty in taking on advice from the experienced and during my time there, broke a few too many promises.
