      Pros

      I have been working at Charlie HR for only 5 months now but the sheen hasn't worn off- I'm still just as impressed with the culture and people as I was the day I interviewed. Having worked in places that pitched themselves as culture-fit before and been a bit cynical about the idea, Charlie delivers on this promise. I feel confident that I understand what is expected of me thanks to a transparent progression framework and encouraging management. The team structure in the product/design/dev function allows us freedom and responsibility over our work that I really enjoy

      Cons

      As management are always on the lookout to improve processes, they can change often. This can be hard to keep up with at points as a new starter.

      - Every other Friday off - Flexible working and lots of benefits - Solid operational processes - Great product

      Pros

      Good working culture, great team members, remote first which is a good approach, every other Friday off. Compelling company mission, Great CEO and all the management teams try their best. You feel heard here no matter what department you're in.

      Cons

      Genuinely none I could think of. Had a blast working there.
