However, we're sorry to hear about your concerns and we take them very seriously. Let's address each one:
HR Department: We understand the importance of a dedicated HR team. As mentioned in our previous response, we have a PEO service in place to support all staff and provide our comprehensive benefits package. We encourage you to utilize this resource whenever necessary. We are also in the process of reinforcing our policies to ensure that all privileged information remains confidential.
Work Environment: We're committed to fostering a respectful and inclusive environment. We're reinforcing policies to address inappropriate behavior and ensure everyone feels valued and respected. We're sorry to hear that you've had a negative experience and we're taking steps to address this.
Structure: We're working on reinforcing our hierarchical structure and communication channels to ensure everyone can focus on their roles and responsibilities effectively. We understand that this has been a challenge and we're making it a priority to improve.
Pay: We pay well above the average for the state, specific to the roles we employ at ChartSquad. We also provide raises and bonuses for people who carry out their jobs and for those who overperform. Experience, scope of deliverables, type of role, and getting the job done are all things that we frequently review while making sure base pay is competitive.
We appreciate your advice to management. We're committed to doing better and your feedback is invaluable in this process. We're confident that these changes will create a more positive and productive work environment for everyone at ChartSquad.
