Pros
Competitive, if you live in Woodstock anywhere else you’d be struggling financially benefits are OK bonuses come in handy
Cons
Where do I start once you get a job here they look at you like you’re spit on the bottom of a garbage can the people that they hire in the higher positions if you pay attention to the tree cause what they have is a tree of hierarchy people who are on the production floor minorities But as you start to get higher, you notice a pattern of all white they don’t hire Black people they hire a lot of Latinos and I guess that’s their way of calling it diverse since everybody higher up as white, you can get away with it the people that they hire who make the decisions are people who have never got their hands, dirty, scraped, or bloody trying to make charter Dura Bar the company that it is because they feel like they’re competitive they have a revolving door and they’ll get rid of you if the wind blows the wrong way they have no loyalty to their employees they only have loyalty to production, but the key thing there is the proof is in the pudding. I would love to be a minority fly on the wall in their meetings because there’s a few people that I know in the real world that are in managerial positions and they’re very racist and they’re biased.
