They don’t properly train their staff during the hiring process. No diversity or inclusion! It’s their way or the highway. Not a fun place to work. They overwork and under pay.

Listed company with work environment like a small family

Prejudice against staff who don't click well with the management staff. Try their best to pay as little to staff to get as many out of staff deliverables
