Pros
Each person at Chasm Partners is an absolute joy to work with because of the mutual respect garnered between each employee. You're given a healthy workload which results in less burnout and higher quality work from all teams you can feel confident in. Also, many roles are advertised as hybrid/remote and the leadership/ELT respect and honor what is agreed upon, and are flexible if something comes up and has to change.
Cons
Because it's a smaller company, when new initiatives are rolled out it becomes more hands on and processes may hit some roadbumps, but the team is great at navigating through them with empathy.
