Pros

Nothing to highlight since top to bottom are fake

Cons

1. Unnecessary Deductions from Salaries 2. Fake Employees on LinkedIn, for example, claiming to be the VP of Sales 3. Fake Customers, Fake Incentive plan 4. No Leave Policy, you take leave and get your salary deducted 5. It's a CEO's company CTO is just another employee (on paper Co-Founder) 6. CEO treat everyone as house servant 7. The CEO is rude and rarely available and expecting everyone to be available 24/7 regardless of leave or weekends 8. Holding salary and reimbursements of departing employees and blackmail them 9. There is no structured approach means that PPTs and bots are often created without thorough discovery beforehand. 10. Hire employees remotely and blackmail them after 3 months to move to office otherwise face salary deduction 11. The salary offered is 50% lower than the industry standard. 12. Full of Sir/Maam culture 13. All the positive reviews are fake just like fake employees on Linkedin. Just check the negative reviews once 14. Salespeople showcase competitors' solutions and present them as their own. 15. The CEO visits various countries and runs a LinkedIn campaign announcing his arrival, inviting prospects to come and meet him. He asks prospects to come to the hotel to save on transport costs. 16. The CEO asks employees to create reports but never reviews them. This is one of those old tricks to keep employees busy, typically happening during weekends or towards the end of the day. 17. There is no work/life balance

Pros

1. Got to learn a lot from Sr. Devs. 2. Everyone was kind of supportive, except the CTO. I would even consider that the CEO had a basic understanding of what we were building, though the CTO lacked it 3. Was good for brushing up my skills and contributing in the production environment.

Cons

1. When you enter the office, it won’t feel like an office, you’ll feel like it’s a customer service setup. Literally, there are rats roaming around the work area, ants on the workbench and even in the food. They do provide breakfast and tea, but I used to skip it for my own health. 2. The CTO needs to learn how to talk to employees. Has a real ego, not sure why, and is also insecure. He feels insecure if an employee/ intern is looking for better opportunities, but doesn’t help in making the current opportunity worth staying for. 3. The CTO needs to be more composed. He’s managing developers and managers, so it would be better if he stops behaving like a school teacher and communicates properly with the team. 4. The environment is so negative that you definitely can’t see your growth there. No comp-offs, no overtime pay and yes, it’s a startup so some of that is expected, but making developers and managers sit till 9–10 PM even when work can be done the next day or from home is unnecessary. 5. If you work here, you won’t get personal time to upskill. The CTO may call you at 12–1 AM and expect you to work. One of his common lines is, “Do you think this is a college project?” but ironically, client projects are treated like college projects with no fixed deadlines and a lot of pressure, even on interns.
