Take my advice. Don't join this company at any cost. They deduct money for so many reasons. In fact they need reason to deduct the money from your salary. You will be pressurized to complete the task ASAP and you won't even be valued if you complete anything on time. Get ready to get scolded and abused if you don't complete task on time.

So many cons. - Work culture is very toxic. - They are expecting you to complete task. They don't understand the complexity behind the task at all. They just want it to be completed ASAP. - Don't try to argue with them. Save time here. They won't understand you. I really advice to not join this company at any cost.
