To date I have not observed any cons.

It is a good starting place for teacher who needs experience as a college professor. The Saint Martin Campus is a beautiful place to be inspired for writing and being creative.

The pay is not enough for the level of commitment expected of the faculty. There are no benefits provided for faculty. All faculty are hired in as part-time employees and so state unemployment benefits and worker compensation benefits are limited. The St Martin Campus is far distance from any major metropolitan area thus making travel timely and costly. There are not enough parking spaces at the OTR Campus. There are no office spaces or storage spaces provided for faculty at either campus.
