Pros
The laboring staff is relatively kind. The Farm is a beautiful, special place to visit. Working by the water helps clear my head.
Cons
You are not important in the grand scheme of this company. CBI does not invest in long-term employees. Turnover is high because they make all their money off seasonal workers they never have to pay benefits to.
