Pros

Beautiful campus. Standing desks. Casual dress. Smart people.

Cons

Very unclear on what the company goals are. Different sectors seem to be on different paths and there is no clear communication on how or even if the company is going to grow beyond where it is now. Chatham offers certain people a lot of flexibilty that is often taken advantage of and as a result you have a select few people who seem to carry the majority of the work load.

Pros

There is a lot of investment in new technologies, especially AI. As AI continues to evolve, Chatham is investing in employees by giving us opportunities to learn and use these tools so we can stay ahead of the curve and be leaders in the industry. That's a huge plus. The people here are also unmatched. I've worked at other companies, and I can honestly say this is the best culture I've been a part of. The team is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely cares about each other's success.
