Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We’re grateful for your recognition of the talented and humble people who make up our team.
We recognize that change can be challenging, and we remain committed to listening and supporting our employees. In 2024, we hosted multiple employee listening sessions in Q3 and Q4, along with our annual Employee Engagement Survey in Q2, to hear directly from our team. We continue to take the time to listen and learn from our employees’ experiences. If you have additional feedback, we encourage you to connect with your HR Business Partner or your manager, we value your perspective and are always open to dialogue.

Pros
There is a lot of investment in new technologies, especially AI. As AI continues to evolve, Chatham is investing in employees by giving us opportunities to learn and use these tools so we can stay ahead of the curve and be leaders in the industry. That's a huge plus.
The people here are also unmatched. I've worked at other companies, and I can honestly say this is the best culture I've been a part of. The team is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely cares about each other's success.
One of the best parts about working at this company is the opportunity to learn across different functions and gain exposure to a wide range of projects. The environment allows employees to develop both technical and professional skills quickly, especially through collaboration with experienced team members. I also appreciate the fast-paced culture, which encourages growth, adaptability, and problem-solving. The experience has helped me better understand operations, teamwork, and how different parts of the business work together.
Cons
One challenge of working at the company is that there can sometimes be a heavy amount of operational and repetitive work, which may limit opportunities to focus on more strategic or analytical projects. In certain situations, processes and responsibilities could be better organized to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary workload. Communication between teams can also occasionally be unclear, leading to duplicated efforts or delays. Improving workflow structure could help employees be more productive and engaged.
