      Great work-life balance and friendly culture (both with co-workers and management). Plus, the work feels useful and rewarding right off the bat.

      Since the company is small, upward trajectory at the company stops after 2 promotions.

      Great place to launch a career out of college. Really smart people and a quick learning curve. Fun collegial environment.

      Pros

      Quick learning curve and you develop a lot of excel and powerpoint skills. If you show you're capable, you can be interacting directly with clients which is very cool for someone straight out of school. Great work life balance and flexibility with PTO. Everyone is young so that's always nice.

      Cons

      Can be slow at times. Not that much room for growth after a few years.
