Quick learning curve and you develop a lot of excel and powerpoint skills. If you show you're capable, you can be interacting directly with clients which is very cool for someone straight out of school. Great work life balance and flexibility with PTO. Everyone is young so that's always nice.

Can be slow at times. Not that much room for growth after a few years.
