      Low call volume, mostly 911, friendly and involved medical director, rural location

      Cons

      Pay rate on the lower end for the area, Unequal workload between both stations, poor station condition, vehicles not suitable for coverage area, abused by the CCEMS Mutual Aid system (this is being addressed), head of company is absent lives out of state.

      Small agency, Good mix of 911 and IFT, Low call volume, Good OT oppertunities.

      Cons

      Poor Pay, Expensive Insurance for those who have families, Spend a lot of time sitting in a parking lot, Taken advantage of by the counties mutual aid system.

      Lower call volume, decent pay.

      Cons

      Blatant favoritism, lack of action by management when employee actions warrant it, instead management focuses on their own agenda. CC Mutual aid system is a joke.
