Worst company - Senior Designer/Art Director Chattels Design Employee Review

Nothing on the good end part - even the salary is delayed

Extremely unprofessional management and poor leadership. False promises made during hiring with no follow-through. Toxic and stressful work environment. No clarity on roles, responsibilities, or expectations. Poor communication and last-minute decisions. Employee concerns are ignored or dismissed. Zero appreciation for hard work or results. No learning, growth, or career development opportunities. Unrealistic targets without proper support or resources. Lack of transparency in policies and decision-making. High pressure with no accountability from management. Would not recommend this company to job seekers or clients.

1- Salary on time 2- So many parties rather than works 3- Good for timepass 4- if you stay nearby sites then you can do work from home maximum times , 5- if you manage your seniors then you don't need to worry about your jobs 6- old seniors are doing job like central government, they are full permanent, 7- if you have good relations with seniors then your jobs is safe 8- no working pressure for Senior manager and project manager, you just have to showoff pressure 9- company run like a central government or like a MNC tcs company, jobs is safe

1- Management only listen to their old fixed employees 2- if you want to learn then this company is for you 3- Management hides their old employees mistakes and politics
