Management board are not uniformed with their approach, one says one thing, another does something totally different to what you would have heard or been told. No personal training budget like other consultancies, many pay for courses themselves. Job role is what it is, your not allowed to do other things when your quiet or can see something that needs to be done. The company uses the two year rule to exit staff, if you pass your 6 month probation and anything happens during this period such as poor performance, decline in work, be awares that they can exit you using the two year rule.
