The work environment can sometimes feel stressful due to high expectations without sufficient support.

Beautiful jewellery with popular collections and decent staff discount. Nice clients. The company significantly improved on sales associate training in the past year.

Cons

Toxic culture throughout the organisation. Rude and condescending communication from RD in London. No transparency nor support from HR. Raising concerns at HQ results in retaliation. Very high staff turnover as a result.
