Pros
Check actually care about their people. My boss (Sales Director, Rob Wellings) always found the time to support me in what is sometimes a challenging role (field sales) and i think this ethos flows through the business. The sales commission structure is really good, similar to what i’ve seen in London - if you are good you can do really well and they don’t seem to begrudge paying it (unlike a few companies i’ve worked for). Staff get private healthcare (after a minimum term of around 6 months i think but i can’t remember exactly) and use of the work gym (should have done this more but was a member of one outside so it didn’t really bother with it). Overall great company to work for - If I still lived in the North West i would never have left.
Cons
Basic wage could have been higher, but the commission structure is really achievable it definitely worked out better for me. No office in London. Check isn't a massive company, which i really liked for the personal approach, but some might prefer a bigger 'corporate' feel.
