Pros
I started my journey at CheckYeti in the middle of my studies. Despite the fact that I had no previous job opportunities in my field (which was also the field of the position), my personal qualities and characteristics were observed in the interview process. Thanks to this, I was accepted as intern into the company and had the chance to show what I had to offer and to acquire knowledge in different areas of marketing. Today, 2 years later and in the now position of co-leader of the SEO & Content Marketing department, looking back at my 'career' within CheckYeti, I see a road gradually enriched over time with projects and responsibilities that are developing me, the company and the team, made up of people that I can no longer see as mere colleagues, but friends I can always count on. I have grown with CheckYeti and CheckYeti has grown with me. This should be the outcome of every employee-employer relationship. And here it is possible, from day one.
Cons
The difference in salary between the internship and the permanent contract is initially low, but with time one easily gets raises based on productivity and the quality of one's contribution to the company.
