      Leadership is very transparent and want to see you succeed. They care about developing their employees and give very candid and honest feedback/direction. They value every employee's opinions and take company culture very seriously.

      Cons

      There are not really any cons. If you do not like the fast paced nature of startup culture then this is not for you.
