      High-quality coding culture for the most-part. Usually good cold lunches provided in the office Mentoring opportunities if you want it

      Cons

      Not a very comfortable office environment when not at your desk. Hard to climb the ladder due to 2-year promotion rate limit. Knowledge concentrated in a few key players Glazing AI Bending timelines, tech stack and tech priorities for the sake of overly zealous sales and procurement teams Rotating door of e-team with their own set of scandals

      Good salary, thats about it

      Cons

      Toxic work culture, they want you to work from 6 am to 9pm. If you do not speak french or are not french you will feel like an outsider. Favoritism is big here, manager have their favorites and will feed them inbounds. Very hard to get approval to go to conferences, and there is no ROI, longer reps hold on to bigger name merchants for years even though they are not having any impact, and no one does anything about it.
