Complete disarray of management (no manager is on the same page, and none of them communicate with each other to remedy this, CEO has far too much input into things he’s paying the managers to look after and is a big micromanager, etc.)
Getting a raise is unlikely at best (former designer had to argue with management over getting a raise after over 5 years of service, former machinist quit because management refused to pay him properly for his skills, same happened with a more recent machinist) (if you do get a raise, expect to have it held over your head by management during meetings)
The entire shop building where most of the people work is exposed to G10 dust, which is horrible for your lungs, and can cause cancer, on top of building up in your airways, and management refuses to do anything about it, even going so far as to have some of the shopworkers research ventilation just to not do anything about it (this is a common theme with many things here, an employee survey was sent out as well and nothing came of it. It’s been several months)
One manager in particular is too immature to even look you in the eye when you bring him a topic so serious as compensation, opting instead to laugh to himself without even looking at you
