Too much process and KPIs. Spend more time on meeting the KPIs than doing the real work. Enforce doing some random courses in Udemy but no opportunity to apply it in the work. Learning curve stagnate over the years. No opportunity to expand. Poor infrastructure and amenities. Appraisal was used to good till last year. Everyone has to do everything, no clear job roles.
