It is a mission-driven company and has a very clear goal-setting structure. They set up the North Star Matrix and plan all the tasks around the North star so you always know the why behinds your works. The teammates are very friendly, you can get help from everyone. The CEO will do a 1 on 1 meeting with all the new members and they keep a very transparent and open communication style. They are on weekly sprints almost all the time so, a lot of work, but the team tries to keep it chill, there is a slack channel Cheese use to post jokes every week, most of them are not funny but sometimes you get a very good one.  You can learn a lot from different teams and grow very fast if you eventually want to start your own business/company.
