Great company. Ownership was very hands-on, checking with the offices routinely to meet objectives and goals. Daily contests with cash bonuses were common. Very positive work environment, almost like a close-knit family. The year party was a Grand event with many kudos.

The biggest challenge was relying on the economies of the USA and China, as they fluctuated, so did our supply and demand for our products. Tariff wars were hard on us.

The business was great and environment was very friendly.

The car business went off and most employees were washed out.
