Pros

Nice local office colleagues, work life balance, wide spectrum of customers across the globe.

Cons

Theft of sales bonuses that were used as motivation across the year even when set goals are achieved, change of sales processes and KPIs reported every month. Firing of employees without obvious reason or information regarding performance. Micromanagement from the CEO to the lower levels of operation, fake corporate projects (possible selling of company) used for motivation and generally a totally insincere management team with the CEO being the real JOKER. Closing of EMEA offices without prior discussion or information on employees.

Pros

Paid parking garage, office beside 405, snacks on site

Cons

Long hours, short deadlines, very frequent turnover, no consistency in goals, processes, or deadlines, poor internal communication that leads to stressed out coworkers, toxic work environment due to the fact we probably won’t bonus this year and everyone is afraid they’ll walk in one day and be fired, get a good sales territory and you’re fine but if you get a slow industry you’re on the chopping block, leadership talks about give and take but seems to only be taking time from our work life balance and our mental health but not giving us any benefits or anything in return, adding useless layers of management when we can’t even keep 3 sales directors within 18 months, living version of the movie Office Space
