Pros
The people are great. Hard working and always will to go the extra mile to help follow workers.
Cons
No loyalty to workers. No bonuses, no holiday party. The only people who get the perks are upper management. The turn over rate is extremely high in every department. People are over worked and under paid. Management is petty and gossip. Offices and labs are crowded and need to be updated.
