Disgraceful HR 'team' with little to no actual experience or training Blatant favouritism for PhD holders If you have an opinion on how to improve something, it is unwanted Hard work mostly unrecognised, and employees at the same level are held to different standards Pay is abysmal Majority of managers are entitled and rude COO turnover rate is mental Future plans/projections are based on absolutely nothing Do not expect career progression or actual accredited training courses

While Chemify faced challenges in its early startup days, it has since grown into a strong and effective scale-up. Today, it’s a positive, exciting place to work. I genuinely feel like part of a big family here—we all pull together and support one another as we push the company to the next level
