This is a wonderful company to work for! There is so much support from upper leadership to mentor and for growth from within the company. The best part about this job is you really get to do a wonderful thing for your community. Helping seniors get the healthcare they deserve to live their best quality life. You can lay your head down at night knowing you made a difference in a person's life that day. It could be as simple as having a conversation with a patient that might not have family and you're the only interaction they've had all week, or something as monumental as helping them with the resources in our center to secure housing. We're changing lives not only with senior citizens health, but also mentally and emotionally. I love my job! With the 3 centers in my market, everyone is genuinely happy to be working here. Every center I go to, I am always greeted with warm, smiling faces, and I feel like that says a lot about the culture that is created throughout the company. They definitely show a lot of appreciation for their employees, which is a breath of fresh air, especially when you've worked at companies that look at you like just a number, and don't take the time to get to know you. They value the work/ home life balance. It is just as important to be focused on home (family, kids, etc.) when you are off the clock, as it is to be focused on your job when you're on the clock. The tone they have set is unprecedented to any other company I've ever worked at, and I couldn't be happier with ChenMed/JenCare/Dedicated, with which I hope to retire from years and years from now. The most important thing I feel, is our leadership truly believes in our Mission. "Honoring seniors with affordable VIP care that delivers better health." It is impossible not to get invested and for you to truly believe in what we do, when everyone around you believes in it, and leads by example. I have seen some pretty remarkable things happen inside and outside of our centers, and I am filled with gratitude that I get to be apart of it!

None. They are constantly improving life at work for their employees and really listen when their employees need something different.

Pros

Remote Work Flexibility: The ability to work from home offers a great work-life balance and a highly flexible day-to-day environment. Excellent Peers: The general staff and fellow employees are incredibly nice, professional, and great to collaborate with. There is a strong sense of peer-to-peer camaraderie.

Cons

Disrespectful Direct Management: My immediate supervisor frequently displays a disrespectful and condescending attitude toward direct reports. Constructive feedback is non-existent; instead, mistakes are met with public or private hostility rather than professional coaching. Complete Lack of Support: Management offers zero support when challenges arise. They provide no guidance or assistance leaving direct reports entirely on their own to figure things out.
