      Pros

      Great management staff. Small company feel -- no one seems inaccessible. Fair compensation plan, with plenty of opportunity to grow.

      Cons

      None. Nearly all of the work is completed at customer locations, so each work environment varies quite a bit and comes with its own challenges.

      Pros

      My experience as an employee here at Chenega has been nothing short of imaginable. Given my background I have never been with a company more grounded in taking care of their employees. Through team meetings, as well as, employee resources. I have grown since joining the team. Achieving my IT CERT in Security +, learning skills in team building, as well as, better business lingo for my career moving forward. It really feels like this is where it’s starts.

      Cons

      Only con I have is I didn’t join sooner 😊.
