      -Beyond your PM who is your liaison to the government, you have no power or say in matters concerning your work environment -Bend over backwards for overzelous Government Manager even though contrary to prouctivity. -No benefits that stand out in in the industry -Sudden contract changes and people are laid off for little reason beyond that.

      Pros

      My experience as an employee here at Chenega has been nothing short of imaginable. Given my background I have never been with a company more grounded in taking care of their employees. Through team meetings, as well as, employee resources. I have grown since joining the team. Achieving my IT CERT in Security +, learning skills in team building, as well as, better business lingo for my career moving forward. It really feels like this is where it’s starts.

      Cons

      Only con I have is I didn’t join sooner 😊.
