      Good benefits, but you will be miserable if you work in HR

      I can’t stress this enough. Do not apply for a job at HR here upper management is absolutely awful and you will regret the decision. Zero appreciation you are constantly told to do more without coming from a place of no. Yet upper management comes from a place of no 100% of the time.

      Pros

      They offer free mental health services with Spring health.

      Cons

      The pay and benefits are not good. The PTO you are barely get any. Every two weeks you receive 4 hours. After one year you only get a 3% raise. I suppose since it’s contract job you don’t get much. Take that into consideration when accepting a position with this company. I would not recommend working with them. Your experience is experience not everyone will have a negative one.
