Pros

The staff members and teachers are awesome and very helpful to one another.

Cons

Management is terrible, they don’t have the best interest of the kids in mind, just how fast they can leave the building for the day.

The company does not give you a 90 day probation period, you start with great benefits and the management is awesome

Cons

they started to cut hours but that seems to be everywhere

But hours are inconsitent to say the least.
