Pros
They pay a living wage but not a ton of growth unless you can get into sales or management. Several paid holidays.
Cons
Every month it seems like more people quit. Constantly short-handed. Little time off work and most of the time when you want your time off, you don't get to take it (holidays). Not nearly enough people to cover routes. Way too much management to the point that on average there is a manager per 5 people.
