Pros

Chevron is friendly and extremely welcoming and people friendly place to work. Each different department has the same ethos and that's to be driving in the same direction to be a successful as possible.

Cons

Chevron is a 24/7 fast paced company which you have to keep up with so if you like being busy this is the company to work for.

Chevron Traffic Management Response

"We truly appreciate the recognition of Chevron’s welcoming and supportive environment. Our teams are united by a shared commitment to success, and it’s great to hear that our collaborative ethos shines through across departments. We also acknowledge that our fast-paced nature can be both exciting and demanding. We strive to maintain a dynamic work environment while ensuring our employees feel supported in keeping up with the pace. Your advice to 'take a breath' is valuable, and we recognise the importance of balance even in high-energy workplaces. We will continue exploring ways to foster a culture where both momentum and well-being coexist. Thank you for sharing your feedback—it helps us grow together."*

Pros

Not many Pro's, I guess you get paid at the end of every month is a plus. Some of the operatives and foreman are fantastic, hard working and will help you but they struggle due to the bad managers too.

Cons

Absolutely terrible place to work, I've spent a long time working here and the last few months/years have been awful - Senior management treat you as a number and do not care about your mental health, they threaten you if you challenge them and use their own mistakes and lies against you and when they promise you something such as a promotion, pay rise or additional training they end up doing nothing about it. There's a massive culture problem at Chevron, because the senior management only care about the profit and loss and not the people, the rest of the staff don't care about their work either AVOID CHEVRON AT ALL COSTS.
