Pros

Some genuinely supportive colleagues in certain teams. There are pockets of good people doing their best within the wider business.

Cons

Significant inconsistencies in how internal issues are handled, particularly around HR support and management communication. Experiences vary widely depending on who you report to. Processes are in place but not applied evenly, and when concerns are raised, outcomes can feel unclear or slow. There's a noticeable disconnect between the values promoted by the company and what’s actually experienced on the ground.

Pros

Not many Pro's, I guess you get paid at the end of every month is a plus. Some of the operatives and foreman are fantastic, hard working and will help you but they struggle due to the bad managers too.

Cons

Absolutely terrible place to work, I've spent a long time working here and the last few months/years have been awful - Senior management treat you as a number and do not care about your mental health, they threaten you if you challenge them and use their own mistakes and lies against you and when they promise you something such as a promotion, pay rise or additional training they end up doing nothing about it. There's a massive culture problem at Chevron, because the senior management only care about the profit and loss and not the people, the rest of the staff don't care about their work either AVOID CHEVRON AT ALL COSTS.
