      Co workers were great. Meaningful experience in mental health setting. Work was fun most of time. Rewarding working with the patients.

      pay could be better for the work MHTs do.

      Good pay, good coworkers, flexible hours available

      Cons

      Sometimes "no fly" patients would return, could cause danger for staff. Over medicating at times

      Pros

      They will always need someone to work because they are short staffed, you can accumulate a lot of hours.

      Cons

      hectic, poor management, unsafe conditions inappropriate patients on lower level of psych units and non therapeutic environment.
