      The staff are amazing. Rewarding to help patients heal. Great pay and good benefits.

      Cons

      Management is horrific. They are all about the money coming in and not the patients. Unethical. Hours are crazy because the hospital has to be staffed 24/7.

      Sometimes "no fly" patients would return, could cause danger for staff. Over medicating at times

      Pros

      They will always need someone to work because they are short staffed, you can accumulate a lot of hours.

      Cons

      hectic, poor management, unsafe conditions inappropriate patients on lower level of psych units and non therapeutic environment.
