      During the pandemic there was a shortage of staff. Since then I believe this has been resolved.

      Sometimes "no fly" patients would return, could cause danger for staff. Over medicating at times

      Pros

      They will always need someone to work because they are short staffed, you can accumulate a lot of hours.

      Cons

      hectic, poor management, unsafe conditions inappropriate patients on lower level of psych units and non therapeutic environment.
