Pros
Work hours are nice and semi-flexible, pay is fair, PTO is decent, colleagues are pretty cool overall
Cons
Holidays are not "off" but are a type of PTO. Upper management pushes to keep patients past discharge dates OR pushes to discharge early when patient insurance covered days run out. Organization feels toxic and hostile. Very gossip-oriented, management appears to resent each other, lack of overall trust between teams and departments.
